How Natearal handles your information.
This website is a simple, static page. It has no contact form, no accounts and no advertising. This notice explains what happens to the information you share when you contact Natearal directly, and the limited technical data generated by hosting the site.

Information you provide
If you contact Natearal by email or on LinkedIn, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, organisation, contact details and a description of the matter you would like to discuss. We ask that you do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the conversation.
Technical information
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare generates limited, short-lived hosting and security logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Natearal does not use marketing cookies, tracking pixels or third-party advertising on this site.
Why information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, discuss or deliver advisory or search services.
- To keep the website secure and available.
- To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on the circumstances, Natearal relies on its legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running its business, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, on the performance of a contract with your organisation, and on compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers that help Natearal operate, such as email and hosting providers, and only to the extent necessary. Where an assignment is delivered together with a specialist partner, information is shared with that partner only with your knowledge. Natearal does not sell personal data.

Natearal operates from Ireland and works internationally. Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where that happens, Natearal relies on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to manage the relationship, meet legal and accounting obligations and defend legal claims, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact evgeni@natearal.com.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, please contact Natearal first so that the matter can be resolved. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission (opens in a new tab).
